Man Shek’s journey in law began when he travelled to the UK and obtained his Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Liverpool. He further obtained a Master of Laws from Queen Mary, University of London, and a Master of Laws from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. During his studies Man Shek interned at law firms in Canada, UK, and Hong Kong, and was a Marshall in the High Court of Hong Kong.
Upon completion of his education, Man Shek returned home to Edmonton, Alberta, where he completed his articles at a reputable personal injury law firm and was called to the Alberta bar. He is the founder of TMS Law Office, a law firm which specializes in personal injury litigation in Alberta.
Man Shek’s primarily focus is civil litigation, and practices as a personal injury lawyer. He is a dedicated advocate whose primary objective is helping his clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries.

Outside the office, Man Shek enjoys spending time reading accident injury claims and cases, being with friends and family, travelling, hiking, and playing sports.

Cassandra has been working at TMS Law Office since 2018. She is incredibly dedicated and capable when it comes to helping our clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries and helping out with any questions regarding treatment for their injuries while their case is being litigated. 

Cassandra has been working in the area of personal injury law since she obtained her Paralegal Certificate from CDI College.

She is responsible for managing client files, drafting pleadings, preparing for trial, and diligently assists clients with any questions they may have regarding their claim. Going beyond her job description, most importantly, she helps people feel listened to and feel confident.
 
Cassandra has a son, husband, cats, dogs, and a tortoise who she enjoys spending time with when she is not working at TMS Law office. She also loves working with kids and adults in the foster care system who suffer from mental and physical disabilities.
